Coming March 31st, 2010!


As part of our ongoing technology initiatives, upgrades, and new ventures there will be some interim changes to CCIMNet.com and your Find A Professional Profile beginning January 1, 2010. Any listings entered in LoopNet will no longer automatically be displayed on CCIMNet.com or on your individual Profile. Instead, March 31st will be the official launch of our exciting new CCIM initiative – CCIMREDEX (Real Estate Data Exchange). CCIMREDEX is working closely with regional, national, and international listing service providers to be able to synchronize listings as a important part of this new member benefit.

Below are listing service providers that have agreed to allow CCIM Institute Members free access to their system to enter property listings that can later be synchronized with CCIMREDEX.

Members of CommercialSource.com are entitled to post as many listings as they would like.FREE of charge.  These listings will be paired and maintained with the latest geospatial mapping and demographic information and served worldwide, along with contact information in our national broker/agent directory. Effective immediately, all members of the CCIM Institute have free listing entry access on TotalCommercial.com. All you need to do is make sure that you enter your CCIM customer ID number in your contact info. We'll handle the rest, including integrating your TotalCommercial.com listings into the first release of CCIMREDEX. You can enter an unlimited number of listings, unlimited photos and attachments per listing.
